Evidence of the SLAPP complaints against the whistleblower for uncovering the human rights crime „Kinderraub [nicht nur] in Deutschland – Eltern-Kind-Entfremdung – Parental Alienation Syndrome“

1. The evidence of the past SLAPP-complaints against the free journalist Heiderose Manthey, beginning with the robbery of the children on 01 October 1997, is in its entirety at the UN New York, at the UN in Geneva for the attention of the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CIDTP) and at the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe.
   It concerns the court proceedings carried out against the freelance journalist, including the decisions up to the dismissals of the lawsuit enforcement proceedings, which – due to the non-prosecution of the criminal charges of the perpetrators of violence against the journalist by the public prosecutor’s office – must be brought by the journalist.
   
   2. Parts and/or large parts of the publications and SLAPP complaints are forwarded from 2014 to the European Parliament in Brussels, to the Allies, to the American and Russian military and to the American Criminal Police, partially to the embassies of the countries represented in Germany and to the International Press, to the Human Rights Council in Geneva (UNHRC), to NATO, to the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC), German: INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT (ICC), to the Office of the Federal President, to the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) Berlin, to the BKA Press Office, to the State Criminal Police Office Stuttgart (LKA), to the Federal Criminal Police Office Wiesbaden (BKA) et al. a..
   
   3. The freelance journalist has experienced many of the Bidermann torture criteria in the appendix first hand. In the years (fall) 2019 to (spring) 2022, the Freelance Journalist leaves her house on an estimated maximum of five days and not without an escort. She is locked up in her own house for over two years in fear that targeted violence could happen to her similar to her colleague Daphne Caruana Galizia, if she were to forward the documents to the national and international bodies to clarify the human rights crime of her own case, that of her children and that of many affected people from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
   
   The trial now before us is the next torture trial against the free journalist. After almost 25 years of struggle for access to her stolen sons, which has been denied to her until today due to the massive and massively ongoing alienation supported by the state, because the perpetrators have not been prosecuted and brought to justice, the freelance journalist is at the end of her rope.

definitely stop the persecution and massive torture of the Free Journalist !
